Mr. Abdulwasea Ha’il Saeed, the Chairman of the Foundation’s Board, welcomed Mr. Mustafa Bakri, a member of the Egyptian Parliament, at the headquarters of the Foundation in Cairo.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Abdulwasea warmly greeted Mr. Mustafa Bakri, considering his visit to the foundation as a strong moral boost for its humanitarian work and commended its achievements in alleviating the suffering of Yemeni cancer patients.
He discussed the foundation’s journey, highlighting the stages it went through, the nature of the humanitarian needs of Yemeni cancer patients, and their struggles, which prompted the establishment of the foundation to ease their pain, especially those who travel to Egypt seeking treatment and better chances of surviving cancer.

The attendees then watched a television presentation about the foundation’s establishment, as well as the health and humanitarian services it provides to meet the essential needs of patients throughout their treatment in Egypt.

Mr. Mustafa Bakri expressed his happiness and admiration for the services provided by the foundation to cancer patients, praising the efforts of the foundation’s leadership, management, and staff that he witnessed during his visit. He shared the humane impression he gained after visiting the patients’ accommodation rooms and the satisfaction he observed among the residents regarding the foundation and its free services.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Mohamed Ali Al-Mujahid, President of the Yemeni Business Council, Ms. Thikra Al-Nuno, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Radwan Al-Hamzi, the General Manager of the Foundation, Mr. Abdulqawi Al-Qaisi, the Foundation’s advisor, and Dr. Motaher Al-Raida, the Director of Media and Public Relations at the Foundation.
