Foundation Leadership Pays Official Visit to Qatar Red Crescent

Doha –

A delegation from the Yemen Foundation for Cancer Patients Care headed by Ms. Thikra Al-Nono, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Omar Abdulhakim Barziq, the Foundation’s General Manager, paid an official visit to the headquarters of the Qatar Red Crescent in Doha.

The delegation was received by H.E. Mr. Faisal Mohammed Al-Emadi, Secretary-General of the Qatar Red Crescent. The meeting discussed avenues of joint cooperation in the humanitarian and health fields, particularly in supporting Yemeni cancer patients both in Yemen and Egypt.

The Foundation’s delegation praised the significant role played by the Qatar Red Crescent in humanitarian and relief work, commending its continued efforts to alleviate the suffering of those in need—especially amid the pressing health and humanitarian challenges facing the Yemeni people.
